International Calling Plans We have the lowest rates for making international calls. Sorry. Nobody can afford to provide unlimited international calling for a flat rate. Each country has their own rate plan for interfacing with their national telephone network, so flat rate unlimited international calling is not possible. To direct dial an internation call from the US you dial:
011 + country code + city code + local number
